The head of the European Council, Charles Michel, said that he would invite the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev, to Brussels at the end of October.

“We believe in the power of diplomacy, political dialogue. Therefore, I will invite both leaders – Pashinyan and Aliyev – to a meeting in Brussels at the end of October,” he said following a meeting with the leaders of France, Germany and Armenia on the sidelines of the European Political Community summit, which takes place in Granada.
