Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze, after the presidential elections, according to which the candidate from the ruling Georgian Dream party Mikheil Kavelashvili was elected to the post of head of state, said that the course towards European integration remains unchanged and the country will do everything to become a member of the EU.

“Our goal is European integration and everything will be done for this. The only thing that cannot be the subject of compromise is our sovereignty, independence, our territorial integrity.
