Prince Harry made another decision that shocked Buckingham palace. Queen’s grandson is going to release a memoir that will share the definitive account of his experiences, adventures, losses, and life lessons.
The project’s press release informed that Penguin Random House will publish Prince Harry’s memoir in late 2022. Commenting on the move of Diana’s son, the Palace said: ‘Any clarification about the book would be a question for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’.
According to the publisher, Prince Harry will offer an honest and captivating personal portrait, one that shows readers that behind everything they think they know lies an inspiring, courageous, and uplifting human story. The Duke of Sussex is going to describe all his life as a part of the British royal family, from childhood to the present day.
A spokesperson for Harry made it clear that Harry spoke privately with the royal family regarding the book’s publication very recently. Likely, Meghan’s husband would not be expected to obtain permission from Buckingham Palace for the project.
Prince Harry continues to monetize his royal life
Last year, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have stepped back from their senior royal family roles. Now they are living in Montecito with their two kids, Archie and Lili. Following their seismic tell-all interview with Oprah in March, the royal family very tersely responded to the interview.
Two days after the interview aired, the Palace released a brief statement on behalf of the Queen: ‘The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Meghan and Harry. The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately. Harry, Meghan, and Archie will always be much loved family members.’
