The United States has introduced export restrictions against 28 Russian companies.

The United States has imposed export restrictions on 28 organizations from Russia, as well as a number of companies from Armenia, Belarus, China and other countries, according to a published document from the US Department of Commerce.

“The Bureau of Industry and Security is making changes to export administration regulations,” the statement said.


The list of export restrictions included 28 organizations from the Russian Federation, four companies from Cyprus, three organizations each from Armenia and Belgium, as well as one company each from Belarus, China, Germany, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands and the UAE.


Among Russian organizations, the list of export restrictions includes, in particular, North-West Airlines, Elektrokom VPK, Geomir JSC, Druzhba LLC and others.
