Brad Pitt, a 53-year-old friend of George and Amal Clooney, paid a visit to their home on way from Glastonbury fest. The War Machine star flew by helicopter to a country home in Oxfordshire to meet personally with the young Cloonsters.
Brad Pitt landed in the field next door to Clooney’s home in Berkshire, the old good pals haven’t seen each other for ages. At last, an uncle Brad was able to meet Ella and Alexander, the first kids of Amal and George.
Clooney and Pitt worked together on Ocean’s Eleven in 2001, over the decade of their relationships, both Hollywood handsome and successful men were real friends. Until the appearing of Angelina Jolie in the life of Brad Pitt, that woman everything possible to calm down that bromance.
Whatever it was, George has helped Brad through his split from Angie last year, he and Amal were very kind and supportive friends to Brad. George did his best to help a pal come through his divorce and “stopped him going off the rails”. Both men have grown really close since he split from Angelina.
Pitt and Clooney: iconic Hollywood fathers
Now, both Clooney and Pitt are fathers, Brad is very excited about George becoming a dad for the first time. Their friendship means a lot to him, and George keeps him grounded.
It was the first time Brad met the Clooneys’ babies – and he is likely to have a few helpful tips, being a dad to six kids. In Glastonbury, Pitt had a lot of fun, the War Machine star was dancing to techno music with friends including David Beckham, in the Rabbit Hole bar.
It was Brad’s first time at the festival and he was given a special tour by his friend, former Oasis star Noel Gallagher, and Noel’s wife Sarah. Pitt hung out with Noel and David for most of the festival, indeed.
