Glenn Beck Just One-Upped Barack Obama

And Barack Obama doesn’t even know it. The Administration is in full attack mode. Obama and his administration has specifically targeted fox news and Glenn Beck. His latest attack will do nothing more than give Fox News and Glenn Back more power and higher ratings. Controversy is the best promotion. Obama, by doing this, has given Glenn Beck even more power. It amazes me that nobody in the current administration thought it was a bad idea to specifically target a popular network. Barack Obama just signaled himself out as Fox News’ biggest target.
This all shows that Barack Obama is getting flustered and getting more vulnerable. His failure to control his one-sided congress when it came to the matter of health care, showed his weakness. You cannot blame him for thinking he would be able to rally the troops. He has finally figured out that congress is just functioning to save their own necks, not his. Fox News and conservative blogs have been able to take down Van Jones and ACORN. The latter was not a simple task.
Glenn Beck’s ratings are already incredibly high, especially for the 5PM time slot. Glenn Beck’s Ratings have even been surpassing Fox News’ Hannity at 9PM. Imagine what would happen if Fox News changed Glenn Beck to the 9PM time. Watch out Rachel Maddow! Oh wait, nobody is watching you anyway. Like him or hate him, Glenn Beck is enjoying all this controversy. It just makes him stronger.
The Fact that Chicago completely lost its bid to host the Olympics, in the first round, shows that Barack Obama’s attacks were an act of desperation. Watch the BBC video here. Barack Obama went all in, and lost big.

Thank GOD he failed. I don’t say that because I hate Obama. I believe we should be critical of our president if he makes mistakes, because it PROVES we’re still a democracy. However, it is good he failed in this vain endeavor because Obama can’t GET everything he wants. It’s like spoiling a 4 year-old whenever they ask for a toy or candy that they spot in a store. If you just keep giving it to them, they develop this sense that they must have everything. I sure as hell wouldn’t want the Olympics to be held in the slum-hole named “Chicago.” Have any of you ever BEEN there?! It’s God-awful. Of all the places in the US to display to the world, he wants to show off that dump? Hell no. It’s SO obvious he’s repaying political favors. This was an enormous waste. It cost 2 million alone for AF1 to take him there and back. Hundreds of thousands for security and staff. It wasted valuable time he could’ve spent on IMPORTANT issues. Not to mention it embarressed the US. I have a cousin who’s fighting in Afghanistan. Rather than have the president, who’s paid by taxpayer money, focus on how best to support my cousin, no he’s more interested in helping slum-rulers in Chicago get even richer. This is beyond sick.
Do we want to look good or get better. The games would have created thousands of jobs and would have improved one of America’s cities.
And, what in the world could you be watching that Obama is getting what he wants? I’ve never seen so many working against a pres in my life. There are so many that want him to fail, there are hordes opposing his ideas before there is time to learn anything about them.
If you truly believe that, you’ve never been to Chicago or Crook County.
It wouldn’t have helped a thing. The Olympics leaves cities billions in the hole for years (or decades). Now add the Chicago Machine on top of that, and you’d just have billions of dollars in graft and corruption.
The city is already $500 million in the red, and it would’ve spent every cent before it even came in to pay off Daley’s and Barry’s friends and third cousins. Then they’d probably use it as an excuse to jack up taxes even further (nevermind already having the highest sales tax in the country at 10.5% <–not a typo)
Even outlying cities like Rockford have been sucked into the money pit that is Chicago. Their public library now has to close 3 days a week to keep everyone employed, because their pension funds have been slashed and burned by the politicians. Additionally, closing the public library will increase street crime dramatically among the low-income population, but the politicians don’t care, because they’ve also cut police officers.
Anyone else see what they’re building?

Just imagine the possiblity of trying to create jobs by hosting the Olympic games is a VAIN endeavour just leads me to believe that accusing someone of having a -40 IQ may be a compliment, especially coming from YOU.

Beck tries to convince millions that there is something wrong with Obama trying to encourage kids to work hard in school and to be patriotic…Beck tries to convince folks that a man who is half white and a man who only knew one family, a white one, somehow hates white folks, and now he wants people to condemn Obama for trying to bring some jobs and improvement to an American city that he spent a lot of his life in.
Can anyone give my a reasonable explanation for this kind of tearing down. It seems as though, trying to convince people Obama hates whites is such a crazy opinion no one would take him seriously…it seems that telling kids to keep trying, don’t give, up, or trying to get the Olympics are wholesome. Why attack these things, why attack the man with irrational claims. Is the crazy just for ratings…anyone have any kind of rational for this that makes sense?

GOP/Conservatives are laughing and getting their kicks because Obama went to the Olympic Committee to bring the games to NOT just CHICAGO, but to the USA!! Does anyone on the right get that? So when the Right wing says Obama goes on apology tours and that he doesnt defend America enough!?? But he tries to get the Games here in America and all you right wingers are happy and jumping for joy that he FAILED to bring the GAMES to the USA!!! What a flip flop!! Now i know that its not an attack on his politics, but just on Obama himself…which is really sad… The man tries to bring the Olympics to the USA and Consevatives celebrate the FAILED attempt….Right wingers YOU failed America by your actions against Obama. We have a collapsing dollar, a war going on in afghanistan and Iraq, we have enemies going Nuclear in Iran, 10% unemployment, the gov’t for the first time in American history owns private companies, banking institutions and is trying to take over the health care.
Obama has not met with the General he place in charge of Afghanistan in over 80 days. 80 DAYS! We are having our troops kiled by his rules of engagment, yet Obama took AF1 to Copenhagen the day after his wife took a 727 there; to campaign for the Olympics?!?
And you are dense enough to not only support this, but defend this? Would you also defend a Lifeguard letting a child drown while he eats pizza? Obama wanted the job as President, yet has failed to perform the duties for which he is utterly unqualified. Naturally, any criticism must be racist, huh?
At the very least, most any village idiot would be holding briefings with his Generals, during a time of war, on a daily basis. This inept president has consistently made the wrong decision on every important decision that he has had the opportunity to make. Even flipping a coin will give you at least a 50% success rate.
